Andile Workshop

We’re thrilled to announce that Andile Dyalvane, world-renowned South African ceramic artist and guest selector/judge for the 2025 Waiclay National Ceramic Award, will lead an exclusive 2 day handbuilding Vessel Making Workshop in conjunction with Waiclay 2025.

  • Dates: 13 & 14 December from 9am to 4pm
  • Location: Janet Smith Pottery, Roto-o-Rangi, Cambridge
  • Cost: $350 – includes clay, lunch, tea and coffee and $50 non-refundable cancellation fee
  • Full payment required by 1 November
  • Camping options available $25 per site – limited powered sites

Evening dinner and Performance

  • Saturday 13 December from 6pm
  • Evening meal (BYO), includes vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options
  • Artist talk and performance by Andile
  • $40 per person
